Through the app, clients can request remote notary sessions, upload or scan documents, communicate with an assigned notary, receive appointment notifications, and manage upcoming and completed sessions from one centralized platform.
Remote Notary Ninjas also includes secure document sharing, session-specific email uploads, multilingual support, apostille assistance, referral tools, business account features, and resources for commissioned notaries. Its Room Mate and General Lease Generator helps landlords, tenants, lease holders, and roommates prepare written agreements that may later be submitted for notarization.
Founder Alexander Mirvis leads the company’s technology, development, and service strategy.
