“Muckle LLP is the prime example of a business that has fully bought into the Investors in People process. They have been a long-term success story of ours and encapsulate all that it means to be a Platinum accredited business.

“There is a real synergy shared between Investors in People and our own visions and values. Our accreditation has always been a really good way for our business and our people to be held accountable for what we do, and receiving Platinum is now an amazing way to benchmark ourselves in the marketplace, but also internally.
“We are incredibly proud to have obtained Platinum accreditation. This has been a long journey to reach this level and now we have reached the pinnacle of people management, we are determined to make work better for our employees, as well as encouraging other firms in the North East and the legal sector to follow in our footsteps and start the accreditation journey themselves.”
