The Courtyard Playhouse is more than just a theatre. It’s more than just a training centre. The Playhouse is an idea born out of a passion for improv, for creative expression and a desire to create a space where a community of theatre-lovers and practitioners can thrive. Founded by Kemsley Dickinson and Tiffany Schultz in 2013, the Playhouse has grown and developed into a multi-faceted organisation boasting a Theatre Academy, a Corporate Academy, weekly improv nights, National Theatre Live, children’s theatre and more.
