Business Community celebrates milestone anniversary as founders combine peer support with business growth

Running a business can be isolating. 76% of founders report feeling lonely*, seven times the workplace average. But for 300+ entrepreneurs in the Game Changers community, that isolation has been replaced by something more powerful: a network of founders who support each other’s wellbeing and help each other grow.

Game Changers, the entrepreneur community tackling founder isolation, celebrates its first anniversary this week. In just twelve months, members have facilitated more than £20m in deals between themselves and built the kind of peer relationships where founders message each other at 6 am before a big pitch because they genuinely have each other’s backs.

Founded in January 2025 by entrepreneurs David Seinker and Joe Salmon, Game Changers was created to address the loneliness that comes with running a business. The community combines what it calls the “inner game” (breathwork, coaching, mindset work) with the “outer game” (business networking, referrals, partnerships).

The community has been celebrating its first anniversary this week with a programme of events showcasing the entrepreneurial stories at the heart of Game Changers. Among them is a live interview with Yannick Rebsamen. At 23, Rebsamen lost both legs in a train accident and nearly lost his life. What he has done since defies explanation: a multi-million-dollar ecommerce business built from nothing, a voice that reaches people across the world, and a mindset so extraordinary it shifts something in everyone who hears him speak.

In its first year, Game Changers has delivered 300+ hours of member events, including monthly masterminds focused on business challenges and deal-making, sauna and ice plunge wellness mornings, breathwork sessions, referral roundtables, and invite-only retreats, resulting in significant business success stories throughout the group.

David Seinker, co-founder of Game Changers, said: “When founders surround themselves with the right people, everything changes. The conversations are different, the opportunities multiply, and the growth accelerates. That’s what we’ve seen in year one, and we’re just getting started.”

Joe Salmon, co-founder, added: “We always believed that sustainable growth comes from working on yourself as much as your business. The breathwork, the coaching, the cold-water therapy – these aren’t extras. They’re what give our members the clarity and resilience to make better decisions to ultimately scale the business. And no one walks into a room alone. Whether it’s a pitch, a negotiation, or a tough quarter, our members know there’s a group of people behind them who’ve been there and want to help.”

Bill Cogan, founder of Seven Legal and Game Changers member, said: “Running a business can be isolating, even with a team. Any chance to come together, swap war stories, and help each other is invaluable. I’m surrounded by a great group of entrepreneurs, learning from Game Changers sessions, and being part of a growing, impactful community.”

Game Changers operates two membership tiers: Members (for businesses from post-revenue to £1 million) and Elite (for businesses with revenues above £1 million). Programming includes monthly masterminds where members deep dive into real business challenges together, masterclasses with expert speakers, referral roundtables and wellness experiences including ice baths, breathwork and business/wellness retreats.
