— HeroTech Marine has expanded its marine procurement portfolio to include TECPOS high-pressure hydraulic equipment and tools, providing customers in the UAE and wider GCC with access to hydraulic solutions for marine maintenance, shipbuilding, heavy lifting and industrial applications.
TECPOS equipment is manufactured by Daejin Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd. of Korea and includes products designed for lifting, positioning, pressing, pulling, bolting and maintenance operations.
The portfolio includes:
- 700 bar hydraulic cylinders and pumps
- Hydraulic jacks and heavy lifting equipment
- Marine propeller-fitting jacks
- Hydraulic bolt tensioners for M20–M100 applications
- Hydraulic flange spreaders and nut splitters
- Hydraulic pullers, presses, punching, cutting and pipe-working tools
- Ultra-high-pressure hydraulic pumps up to 2,500 bar
HeroTech Marine provides a single procurement contact for customers requiring equipment identification, product selection, technical clarification, quotation and delivery coordination.
Customers can submit a model number, equipment category, pressure rating, capacity, stroke, quantity or application requirement for review. This allows requirements to be assessed before quotation and helps coordinate technical details with the relevant supply source.
The TECPOS offering is initially focused on the UAE, with procurement and supply support extending across the wider GCC. Potential applications include vessel repair, shipbuilding, propeller fitting, heavy lifting, vessel positioning and industrial maintenance.
