Harrogate District Chamber of Commerce (HDCC) has announced its upcoming June meeting, designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises break away from the cycle of everyday pressure and deadlines towards sustainable strategic growth.
The event, titled “Stop Firefighting, Start Growing: AI & Business Essentials for SMEs,” will take place on Monday 8th June 2026 from 5.30pm to 8pm at the DoubleTree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic Hotel & Spa.
In a bid to support the wider corporate community across the district, the Chamber is extending an invitation not only to its regular members but also to first-time attendees who want to explore the network and gain practical operational insights.
The session addresses a common challenge faced by independent business owners: becoming so buried in day-to-day operations that long-term strategic planning is continually pushed aside. The evening promises a practical, no-nonsense exploration of how modern AI automation can help business owners reclaim their time, alongside a breakdown of the core financial fundamentals every SME needs to thrive rather than just survive.
