GHM are delighted to announce a new strategic acquisition with The IT Cloud, London
Oxfordshire based GHM have acquired the share capital of The IT Cloud, with the management team remaining in place to continue serving the customers and further develop the business.
The IT Cloud was formed in 2002 and provide outsourced IT Support, assisting clients in their digital transformation to the cloud. A Microsoft Partner, The IT Cloud provides a range of IT services including hosted email solutions, cloud backup and storage and cybersecurity solutions.
GHM has been providing telecoms, connectivity, and IT support services since 2005 and has previously worked with The IT Cloud on several mutual projects and customers. They are currently shortlisted for the Reseller of the Year, Mid-Market category at this year’s Comms Business Awards
