Private aviation technology company Lineaum has launched BrokerOS, a sales and operating system developed for private jet brokers to manage aircraft sourcing, client enquiries, quoting, contracts, payments and bookings through one platform. BrokerOS has been developed around the charter sales process, connecting functions that brokers may otherwise manage across separate sourcing platforms, customer relationship management systems, payment providers, documents and spreadsheets. The platform provides access to more than 30,000 aircraft and 10,500 operators worldwide through Lineaum’s private aviation network. It also incorporates CRM functionality, website enquiry tools, payment processing and AI-supported workflow automation. The launch forms part of Lineaum’s wider development of technology infrastructure for the private aviation sector.
Aircraft sourcing remains an important part of the charter brokerage process, but a booking typically requires a number of additional stages after an initial request is received. These can include identifying suitable aircraft, comparing options, preparing client quotes, managing communications, issuing contracts and invoices, collecting payment and coordinating the booking with operators. BrokerOS brings these processes into a connected workflow, allowing information relating to clients, aircraft, quotes, payments and bookings to be managed within the same system.
The aircraft sourcing functionality gives brokers access to Lineaum’s network of more than 30,000 aircraft and 10,500 operators. Brokers can use the platform to identify suitable aircraft and manage sourcing information alongside the associated client request.
BrokerOS also includes a CRM developed around charter sales. Brokers can manage leads, clients, requests, quotes, sales pipelines, bookings, payments and commission from a central dashboard.
A white-label aircraft search widget is available for brokerage websites. This enables prospective clients to conduct an aircraft search and submit charter enquiries through the broker’s own website, with those enquiries able to enter the BrokerOS workflow for further management.
Payment functionality is integrated into the platform, with support for card payments and wire transfers. Payment information can therefore remain connected to the relevant client and booking rather than being managed independently of the charter workflow.
Lineaum has also incorporated AI-based automation into a number of administrative processes within BrokerOS. The technology is designed to assist with tasks including aircraft sourcing, quote preparation, contracts, invoices, payment workflows and booking administration.

The company said BrokerOS was developed in response to the number of separate technology products that can be involved in running a charter brokerage. Existing private aviation software has traditionally placed significant emphasis on aircraft sourcing and marketplace functionality. Lineaum has taken a broader approach with BrokerOS by combining sourcing with lead management, CRM, quoting, contracts, payments, booking management and workflow automation.
The system is intended for both independent brokers and larger charter brokerage teams. Independent brokers can use the platform to manage the core stages of a charter transaction within one environment, while teams can use the same system to manage increasing numbers of enquiries, clients and bookings.
BrokerOS is available through three plans. A Starter plan is available at £0, with Team plans starting at £249 per month and Professional priced at £599 per month.
The launch of BrokerOS is part of Lineaum’s wider strategy to develop connected operating systems for different participants within private aviation. The company also develops technology for businesses that distribute private aviation services and for other participants within the charter market.
BrokerOS is now available to private jet brokers and charter brokerage teams.
