Franchise Planet today announced the launch of its self-serve franchise listing directory at franchiseplanet.co.uk, giving UK franchisors a direct route to prospective franchisees without the inflated lead fees, broker calls, and exclusivity contracts that have defined franchise marketing for decades.
To mark the launch, Franchise Planet is offering a tiered founding-lister deal to new franchisors who sign up during May 2026:
- Standard listings: three months free (normally £49/month)
- Featured listings: three months at 50% off — £49.50/month during the offer period (normally £99/month)
- Resale add-ons: three months at 50% off — £4.99/month during the offer period (normally £9.99/month per resale)
The offer is open from 1 May to 31 May 2026 and is limited to one redemption per franchise. Franchisors who join on the free Standard plan can upgrade to Featured, or add Resale listings at the discounted rate, at any point during their three-month window — with the reduced price running to the end of that same period. There are no setup fees, no long-term contract, and listings can be cancelled at any time.
The platform launches with more than 80 franchise opportunities across 25 sectors, from food and drink to home services, retail, and business-to-business. Franchisors can create and publish their own listings in minutes, edit them whenever they like, and receive enquiries straight to their inbox — without a portal account manager filtering or reselling those leads to competing brands.
For prospective franchisees, the directory is free to browse and search, with filters for sector, investment level, and location down to county and region across the UK. Every listing shows investment ranges, franchise fees, management service fees, and years trading up front, so buyers can compare opportunities on a like-for-like basis before making contact.

The resales feature is one of the platform’s more distinctive elements. All payments are handled directly through Stripe, with no long contracts or cancellation fees. Franchisors can pause, cancel, or upgrade their listings at any time.
