The Leonard family have swapped the hustle and bustle of the South East for a slower pace of life after falling in love with Bellway’s Palmers Grange development in Brough. Vicki, her partner Paul and their son Daniel have relocated more than 250 miles from Kent to begin an exciting new chapter in East Yorkshire. Having previously lived in a modern townhouse in Kent, the family were on the hunt for a new place to call home and one visit to Bellway’s Palmers Grange sealed the deal.

The family’s biggest challenge wasn’t choosing a home, but coordinating a move from more than 250 miles away.

Palmer’s Grange is part of the £200 million Brough South project. Being built off Brough’s Blenheim Avenue. It includes 169 units of two-bedroom bungalows and three, four and five-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes. There is one Goldsmith home left at £384,995.
