Modular construction business Integra Buildings has forecasted record financial performance as it prepares for a special year in 2027 and a major programme of investment.

The Yorkshire-based company is on track to deliver turnover of over £55m and pre-tax profits exceeding £6m in 2026 – both figures the highest in the company’s near 30-year history.

Underpinning Integra’s growth is a shift to delivering more complex, turnkey projects – managing every stage from design and planning, through to manufacture and installation – as well as continued investment in the company’s people and in-house capabilities. Integra’s workforce has grown from around 180 three years ago to 215 today, partly due to the creation of new departments and specialist teams.

Record performance in 2026 would serve as the perfect curtain-raiser for a landmark year in 2027, when Integra will celebrate its 30th anniversary and embark on a significant investment programme. Integra recently secured planning approval for an expansion which will increase the footprint of the company’s headquarters site in Paull, east of Hull, by around a third. Integra has also announced a multi-million pounds investment in its existing production facilities, increasing capacity and positioning the business for further growth.

In the first half of 2026, Integra recorded turnover of £25.5m, with pre-tax profits of £2.5m. The business is now forecasting turnover of £55.6m for the full year, with pre-tax profits of £6.35m. Integra’s profit margin is also forecast to increase to over 11% this year, up from 8% in 2025, reflecting a drive for enhanced efficiency across the company’s operations.

Integra has seen impressive growth in key target sectors, delivering higher value projects for clients in fields such as infrastructure, utilities and transport.
