NORTHAMPTON, UK – November 17, 2025

Atlassian Williams Racing F1® driver, Alex Albon, is auctioning the special one-off helmet he wore for this season’s Singapore Grand Prix, in aid of UNICEF Thailand. The auction lot will be hosted on F1® Authentics, with fans and collectors able to bid from 18th November.

The bold and colourful helmet was specifically created for use at the 2025 Singapore race. It was designed by artist and illustrator Karlotta Freier and features Thai and Asian inspired motifs, to celebrate Alex’s Southeast Asian heritage. It also has been signed by Albon, making it an even more exclusive item of memorabilia.

Albon was born in Great Britain, to a Thai mother and has raced under the Thai flag throughout his motorsport career. From a young age, he has inspired young people across Thailand. He became the first Thai driver to claim an F1® podium.

F1® driver Alex Albon:

“I’m really proud to be teaming up with UNICEF Thailand to auction my Singapore GP helmet and raise funds to support children who need it most in Thailand. I hope it also helps highlight the important work they’re doing and inspires more people to get involved.”

Severine Leonardi, UNICEF Deputy Representative for Thailand:

“As we mark World Children’s Day this week, we are reminded that children in Thailand and around the world are facing unprecedented challenges, from rising conflict and malnutrition to the accelerating impacts of climate change. Alex’s generosity comes at a critical moment and shows how the power of sport can go far beyond the racetrack. His support will help UNICEF reach the most vulnerable children with the protection, nutrition and opportunities they urgently need.”

Barry Gough, CEO & Founder of F1® Authentics (Memento Exclusives):

“We are proud to be supporting Alex Albon with the auction of his unique Singapore helmet. The funds raised will be donated to an incredible cause and it’s fantastic to play a role in helping UNICEF continue their invaluable work.”

UNICEF promotes the wellbeing of children, partnering with 190 countries and territories to deliver practical action and reach vulnerable and excluded children.

By donating his helmet, Albon is helping support children in Thailand, helping ensure they have the opportunities they need to thrive.

Albon has taken part in charity auctions with F1® Authentics in previous years, raising significant funds for a Thai Orphanage.

Bidding for this signed helmet will open on 18th November and will run until 9th December. The auction lot will be part of F1® Authentics’ End of Season Auction, which will feature an array of exclusive F1® items. F1® Authentics is operated by Memento Exclusives under licence of Formula 1®.
