CENTURY 21 Circle, ranked among the Top 10 CENTURY 21® companies globally and based in the Greater Chicago area, has entered the Michigan market with the opening of its first office in the state, expanding its footprint to four states and marking its continued growth across the Midwest.
The new office, located at 220 E Division St, Suite C, is in Sparta, MI, part of the Grand Rapids metro area. The expansion reflects continued growth across neighboring Midwestern states and increased activity among clients and agents operating across multiple markets.
The move also aligns with broader trends across the Midwest, particularly in areas surrounding Lake Michigan, where relocation and second-home activity have become more common. As more buyers and sellers look beyond their immediate area, demand for cross-state support continues to grow.
“This isn’t just growth for us — it’s momentum,” said Melissa Archer-Wirtz, CEO of CENTURY 21 Circle. “We’re very deliberate about where we go and who we partner with, and Michigan has always been part of the bigger picture.”
“We’re seeing more clients and agents operating across state lines,” Archer-Wirtz added. “Expanding into Michigan allows us to better support that movement and stay connected to the communities we serve.”
Felicia Kelley, Kyle Kelley, and Rachael Austin have joined CENTURY 21 Circle as part of the expansion. The Kelley Real Estate Group serves the Sparta and West Michigan area, with a focus on client service and community involvement.
“The Kelley Real Estate Group has always been rooted in relationships and doing what’s right for our clients,” said Felicia Kelley. “Joining CENTURY 21 Circle allows us to continue that work with additional support and resources.”
The Michigan expansion adds a fourth state to CENTURY 21 Circle’s footprint, further strengthening its Midwest presence as the company continues to expand across its markets, with additional growth expected across its regional network.
