Over the past 12 months, Wildcat Careers has cemented its status as a leading provider of candidates for small to medium-sized businesses seeking new employees. However, with increased cyber-attacks on companies and organisations, it became apparent that it needed to realign to meet the increasing demand for highly skilled IT professionals.
The company now focuses on recruiting first, second and third-line support IT professionals, cyber security consultants and graduates with cyber security degrees. It also provides exclusive access to lesser-known candidate pools, including highly qualified IT professionals not registered elsewhere.
