Viking Bags, a manufacturer of motorcycle luggage and aftermarket parts, has released the Odyssey 80L ADV Touring Luggage System. Designed to mount directly onto the bike via secure straps, the system does not require a luggage rack, broadening its fit across a wide range of ADV and enduro motorcycles from brands including Harley-Davidson, Honda, Yamaha, and Indian. The rack-free, modular kit bundles panniers, dry bags, and a tailpack into one cohesive ADV Touring Luggage setup for long-haul adventure riding.
The full kit includes the Odyssey 80L harness, two 25L roll-top dry bags, a 22L tailpack, a tent-pole dry bag, and a heat shield. Combined, these components offer a total storage capacity of 80 liters (4,882 cubic inches) and are built around the demands of multi-day overland and off-road trips.
The outer shell is constructed from ballistic nylon and TPU fabric, both chosen for their resistance to abrasion on rough terrain. The two side drybags are rated 100% waterproof and slot into holsters secured to the harness. The 22L tailpack carries the same waterproof rating and features a roll-top closure, an exterior zippered pocket, and backpack straps that tuck away when not in use. The tailpack also meets standard airline cabin-size requirements, making it functional off the bike.
Customizable leg inclinations allow the harness to adjust to both narrow enduro frames and larger adventure bikes, supporting the system’s multi-brand compatibility. Two intersecting top flaps offer space for a jacket or wet gear. MOLLE panels on the top flap allow riders to attach accessories, while a detachable, waterproof, transparent compartment below serves as a map holder. The bottom flap includes two zippered transparent pockets for small daily items. A tent pole dry bag, included in the kit, attaches via webbing for riders who camp along the route.
The full Odyssey 80L Adventure Touring Luggage System is available directly from Viking Bags.
