E2E, in association with The Independent and in partnership with IWG plc as the strategic founding partner, has today announced its Job Creation 100 track; a track which identifies privately owned, UK-based companies with a turnover of more than £10 million, a minimum of 100 employees, and a percentage growth in staff above 25% over the past two years. The ranking is based on absolute job growth over the two most recent filing periods.

Identifying businesses from a host of sectors, the track highlights the sustained growth by businesses based in the UK that have significantly increased their number of employees. The E2E Job Creation 100 track will launch on the 3rd of July 2023 and will be celebrated at the House of Lords, with a dinner for the 100 companies featured, accompanied by some of the UK’s top business leaders.

Featured in the track and demonstrating impressive numbers of jobs created are: RSK Group Limited, who have seen their number of employees grow by 4041 in the last two years. Howden Group Holdings Limited, who have enjoyed similar success with employee numbers rising by 3264 and finally Kingdom Services Group Limited, who have reported an employee growth figure of 2010 over two years.

The track also features high street names including Wren Kitchens, Octopus Energy, Specsavers and Cook who have all seen their employee growth rate rise significantly in the past two years.

The E2E Job Creation 100 forms part of The E2E 100, an initiative designed through the publication of six league tables, coupled with a large-scale reception for each launch and a series of associated content. Each celebratory launch dinner will be held at the Houses of Parliament, kindly supported by Lord Bilimoria CBE, DL, Founding Board Director, E2E. These tracks have been created to showcase the very best UK companies that are excelling, experiencing consistent growth, and presenting disruptive business strategies; that are creating an impact not just in their own sector, but also on a nationwide, and in some cases, global scale.

Speaking about the track, Shalini Khemka CBE, founder of E2E says: “It is incredible to see so many companies in the top 100 operating within such a diverse range of industries. It is reflective of how successful UK companies are and of the expansion and growth taking place both here and internationally. Despite challenging times in the economy over the last few years these companies have remained strong and grown their numbers of staff significantly. We should be extremely proud of the entrepreneurship and innovation in business that we are witnessing.”

Christian Broughton – Managing Director, The Independent added:

“We’re delighted to be featuring such an exceptional group of entrepreneurs who are emphatically moving forward in their individual sectors and who have seen exceptional growth in numbers of employees. The E2E Job Creation 100, in association with The Independent, gives us the chance to showcase those businesses throughout the UK that contribute heavily to the UK economy and to job growth. We’re excited to discover how far these companies will go in expanding their workforce, in the short and long-term future.”

Lord Bilimoria CBE, DL said: “I have been a founding Board Member of E2E and under the leadership of Shalini Khemka CBE, which is fast becoming the go-to organisation to support UK Founders, Business Leaders, and Investors.
