Swansway Motor Group would like to extend their warmest welcome to Paul Rushton, who joined Swansway Honda Bolton recently as Head of Business.
Paul has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry and 17 of those have been spent working with the Honda brand, however, Paul’s career originally started in the agricultural industry.
Paul’s path to the motor industry came from a company vehicle that Paul inherited during his time in the world of agriculture, on first glance, the Honda Accord 2.2 Aerodeck was not the company car Paul had in mind, but after 20 minutes of driving, Paul’s opinion completely changed.
Impressed by the quality and reliability of the car, this piqued Paul’s interest in the automotive industry, taking his first steps into the industry on a temporary basis, those few weeks turned into a +20 year career, starting his journey as a Sales Executive and working his way up the ranks, Paul has gained valuable experience in many areas.
After taking some time away to work in other areas of the industry, returning to a brand that Paul has always enjoyed working with felt a little bit like coming home.
Paul commented;
“I’m settling in well, the Swansway Family both at Bolton and the wider teams have been very welcoming. I look forward to working with the team to continue moving the business forward, providing excellent customer service. I’m also looking forward to working alongside the Motor Match Bolton team to become a hub for motoring needs in the Bolton area.”
