Sulinkiai, a Lithuania-based peat extraction and substrate manufacturing company, has modernized its production processe sby installing an automated peat substrate production line developed in cooperation with Premier Tech, TMG Impianti S.p.A, Bocedi S.r.l. The new equipment is designed to ensure consistent product quality and greater efficiency when handling large production volumes.
Peat bag packaging requires precision and reliable technological solutions, especially amid growing market demand. According to the company’s director, Rolandas Stanys, the selected solution enables the company to increase production capacity and quickly respond to market needs.
“Our priority is the highest product quality. The new production line allows us to meet increasingly strict quality requirements for our product,” said a representative of Sulinkiai. In recent years, demand for peat substrate products among professional users has been growing, significantly impacting the company’s production capacities and product quality parameters.
The new technologies make it possible to automate the production process from bag forming, filling, sealing, and palletizing to preparation for safe product transportation. This ensures uniform packaging, precise product quantity in every bag, and improved pallet stability, which facilitates storage and transportation.
The automated line also increases production efficiency and enables more effective management of large order volumes.
