Scandinavian design icons return to the 2026 Danish design fair
String Furniture, the Scandinavian design icon since 1949, is delighted to exhibit at the renowned 3daysofdesign from 10th – 12th June 2026 in Copenhagen.
At the fair, String Furniture launches new editions to its iconic Museum Collection – the Museum Trolley and Pedestal – designed by the Stockholm-based design and architecture practice, TAF Studio. Alongside the new launch, the Swedish brand will showcase a selection of its new 2026 innovations.

Museum Trolley & Pedestal
Crafted from powder-coated aluminium, the Museum Trolley is light, slender and movable. Featuring two levels, the Trolley is set on two wheels with a solid handle to steer when travelling through a room.
Available in the Museum Collection colours – Dark Brown, Orange, Brown, Black, Green and White – the Trolley measures W74.5cm X H77.5cm X D24cm. The Trolley is the ideal companion to the sofa in a living room, behind the dining table for glasses and plates, or by the cosy reading corner stacked with novels.
The Museum Pedestal
The Museum Pedestal elevates any object or feature in a home – either as a table centre piece, in a bookshelf for the most personal items, or simply to lift the most precious plants in the windowsill.
With the same rational expression and uncompromising construction as its Museum counterparts, the Pedestal launches in 6 distinct colours – Brown, Orange, Beige, Black, Green and White. Crafted from powder-coated aluminium, the Pedestal measures W15cm X H30cm X D15cm, and is lacquered and finished in Sweden.
