San Paolo (located officially marked a new chapter in its brand evolution today, Saturday, March 14, with the debut of San Paolo Brunch.

This strategic launch introduces two distinct culinary identities under the San Paolo umbrella: San Paolo Brunch, which brings an American-style breakfast DNA reimagined with a signature Brazilian touch, and San Paolo Restaurant, which remains dedicated to the brand’s refined Italian–Brazilian dinner service. By clearly defining these daytime and evening concepts, San Paolo is positioning itself to offer diners a more specialized, tailored experience throughout the day.

Elevated Brunch Highlights

The San Paolo Brunch menu brings together bold flavors and premium ingredients across a variety of unique categories. Guests can start with artisanal options like the vibrant Avocado Toast topped with basil pesto, feta crumbles, and sprouts, or opt for hearty breakfast sandwiches served on house-made fresh focaccia, such as the Calabresa & Catupiry or the savory Chicken & Pancetta.

For those seeking classic egg dishes, the menu offers a selection of refined Eggs Benedict—featuring choices like slow-cooked beef short ribs or Catupiry and ham—alongside made-to-order omelets filled with fresh leeks, bacon, and cherry tomatoes.

A true standout is the Brazilian Breakfast, a unique platter featuring a cheese bread (pão de queijo) waffle with Catupiry cheese, served with fresh papaya, yogurt, honey, and seasonal fruit. To finish on a sweet note, the kitchen is serving decadent French Toast with lilikoi mascarpone and guava jam, as well as delicate, raspberry-filled Bomboloni.

The Full Brunch Experience

The experience is rounded out by a dedicated Brunch Cocktail program, featuring house-made Mimosas with rotating flavors like pineapple and lilikoi, a zesty Bloody Mary, and Irish Coffee. The restaurant’s full Artisanal Espresso Program is also available for coffee enthusiasts looking for a high-quality caffeine fix.

“We wanted to create a brunch experience that feels as vibrant and soulful as our evening service, but with its own unique personality,” said Andre Moraes, the owner of the restaurant. “By combining the comfort of American-style brunch classics with our signature Brazilian influence, we’re giving Honolulu a fresh way to celebrate their Saturdays and Sundays.”

San Paolo Brunch service is held every Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. San Paolo Restaurant is open daily for dinner from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Both concepts are located at 1765 Ala Moana Blvd. Reservations are highly recommended (via OpenTable).
