Rapid Indexer, a self-serve Google indexing SaaS launched in 2025, is highlighting its visibility infrastructure for SEO professionals, link builders, agencies and website owners who need new and updated pages discovered by Google without waiting weeks.
Rapid Indexer lets users submit up to 10,000 URLs per task, choose a standard queue or VIP priority queue, and signal Googlebot to crawl those URLs—typically within minutes on VIP. A built-in index checker verifies which URLs made it into Google’s index, so results are measurable rather than assumed.
“Publishing content isnt the same as ranking content. Our focus is helping teams reduce crawl delays and verify outcomes, without promising that Google will index every URL, said Rollo Unden, spokesperson for Rapid Indexer.
The service is designed for backlinks, guest posts, citations, marketplace listings, press pages and other URLs where crawl delay can waste marketing spend. It uses pay-as-you-go credits rather than a subscription: standard indexing costs 2 credits ($0.02) per URL, VIP priority costs 10 credits ($0.10) per URL, and index checking costs 0.1 credits ($0.001) per URL. Credits do not expire, and automation is available through a REST API, Chrome extension and Make.com integration.
Rapid Indexer has processed more than 4.6 million URLs across 650,000 tasks, with more than 3,700 registered accounts and 1,300 paying customers, according to its production database as reviewed on September 13, 2026. The figures count submissions through indexing and checking tasks; they are not claims about how many URLs Google chose to index. Google decides what enters its index, while Rapid Indexer speeds discovery and crawling and verifies outcomes.
