Gogetop Marketing has been named Best Cross-Border Marketing & Communications Agency in the SME500 UK 2027 programme, following a review by the programme’s editorial and judging panel. The panel cited Gogetop’s integrated approach to international marketing, alongside 110% year-on-year revenue growth in FY2025/26, work with more than 120 international clients, and the delivery of more than 110 integrated campaigns. According to feedback provided by SME500 UK, the London-based agency stood out for building a cross-border model connecting the UK, China and wider international markets.
The judges said international expansion increasingly requires more than translating existing marketing materials. They highlighted Gogetop’s approach to adapting brand positioning, content, platforms and customer journeys to the way audiences discover and interact with businesses in different markets. The agency combines international strategy with multilingual websites, SEO, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), AI search visibility, PR, creative services and social media. Its China-facing work also spans platforms including WeChat, Douyin and RedNote, known in China as Xiaohongshu.
The judging panel also pointed to measurable outcomes from client projects. These included a reported 120% increase in website enquiries for Good Life Property Consulting, a twofold increase in qualified lead pipeline for a UK B2B FinTech provider, and more than 15,000 first-year RedNote followers alongside number-one rankings for core Chinese search terms for ZFL Property & Surveyors.
Ms Yingqi Zhu, Co-Founder and Digital Marketing Director at Gogetop Marketing, said:
“Cross-border growth is rarely solved by translating the same campaign and taking it into another market. How people search, build trust, consume content and make decisions can change significantly from one country to another.”
She added:
“Our approach has been to connect those pieces — strategy, search, communications, social platforms and local market understanding — around the commercial objective. It is particularly meaningful to see the judging panel recognise both that model and the measurable results behind it.”
The SME500 UK panel also referenced third-party validation of the business. Gogetop holds a 5.0 rating on Clutch, alongside positive client sentiment across other independent review platforms. Current Clutch records show verified client reviews covering areas including SEO, social media, PR and cross-market communications.
The award comes as businesses are reassessing how they build visibility internationally. Traditional search, social media, digital PR and AI-powered discovery are increasingly overlapping, while market-specific platforms continue to shape how consumers find and evaluate brands. For Gogetop, this has led to a model in which search visibility, communications and localisation are treated as connected parts of international market development rather than separate marketing activities. The company said it plans to continue developing its work across the UK, China and other international markets, with particular focus on cross-border strategy, search and AI visibility, digital communications and market localisation.
