Planned PEThood of Georgia, in partnership with State Representative Marvin Lim, successfully hosted a free pet vaccine clinic on November 15, 2025, providing essential veterinary services to just over 100 pets in Unincorporated Norcross (ZIP code 30093). The event took place at 5320 Jimmy Carter Blvd from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Originally planned to serve 80 pets, the clinic exceeded expectations as families lined up early to receive lifesaving care and preventative services for their dogs and cats.
Services were delivered by Planned PEThood staff, veterinary professionals, and volunteers. Special thank you to our sponsors: State Representative Marvin Lim, Petco Love, Boehringer Ingelheim and Fix Georgia Pets.
These free clinics, which offer veterinary exams, vaccines, flea prevention and other pet supplies, meet the pet owners where they are. They help to make high quality veterinary care more accessible.
In addition to free vaccines, 41 pet owners also received a voucher for a free spay or neuter surgery at the Planned PEThood clinic in Duluth. This will help keep their pets healthy and reduce pet overpopulation.
