In a major step toward opening day, the shop has just completed installing four new hoists — a key piece of infrastructure that will enable Peninsula Transmission + Automotive to service multiple vehicles efficiently from day one. The added bay capacity positions the business to handle steady demand from local drivers while maintaining short turnaround times.

When the shop opens its doors in July 2026, Peninsula Transmission + Automotive will offer a full range of automotive services, including transmission repair and rebuilds, transmission service and maintenance, general mechanical repair, brake service, suspension work, diagnostics, and routine maintenance for both domestic and import vehicles. The shop will service cars, light trucks, and SUVs.
