Minarchi Pty Ltd has acquired the shares of Studco Building Systems UK. Minarchi will be continuing the business in the UK, European and Middle Eastern Markets. Minarchi will continue to service the customers of Studco Building Systems UK with the Vortex hIgh Performance Framing and the EzConcept Range of Architectural Finishing Systems. Minarchi will rebrand the EzConcept and Ezyjamb brand in the UK, European and Middle Eastern Markets to Invi Concept and Invi Jamb to continue to offer the same products that customers have enjoyed in the market over the last 15 years which covers the flush finish door frame systems and architectural finishing systems.
