Microsoft 365 Consultancy Vantage 365 demonstrates growth with three key appointments

Brierley Hill-based Microsoft 365 Consultancy, Vantage 365, is excited to announce its continued growth with the appointment of two new team members and the promotion of an internal staff member. Specialising in helping organisations maximise their investments in Microsoft 365’s powerful suite of business tools and productivity apps, Vantage 365’s services have become increasingly in demand in recent months, and these new appointments reflect the company’s commitment to expanding its expertise and services.

Brian Ellis joins the team as Business Development Manager, bringing with him extensive experience in digital transformation, business intelligence, the Internet of Things, and document management. With a proven track record of providing business analysis skills and expertise to various large and small-scale projects and programs simultaneously, Brian’s expertise will be invaluable in identifying processes and innovations that will help clients achieve their digital transformation goals within strict budgetary restraints.

Mona Youren, Vantage 365’s new Marketing Manager, has held senior marketing positions in the technology industry, making her highly qualified to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance the firm’s visibility and growth in the marketplace. With her comprehensive knowledge of the technology industry, Mona will be able to drive Vantage 365’s marketing efforts and establish the firm as a leader in Microsoft 365 consultancy.

In addition to these new appointments, Leighton Gill has been promoted to the newly created role of Head of Microsoft Power Platform. As a successful Senior Microsoft Specialist, Leighton has gained a wealth of experience in Microsoft Power Platform and will now oversee and support the expanding Power Platform Specialist team. His expertise will be invaluable in ensuring that Vantage 365 continues to offer clients the latest and most effective solutions.

These new appointments reflect Vantage 365’s commitment to providing high-quality Microsoft 365 consultancy services and expanding its expertise to meet the growing demand from clients. The addition of Brian and Mona to the existing Vantage 365 team brings the total headcount to 12, while the creation of Leighton’s new role comes at a time of ambitious expansion of the firm’s core service offering.

Matt Weston, Managing Director of Vantage 365, expressed his enthusiasm for the company’s recent growth, stating, “The addition of Brian and Mona to their respective roles, along with Leighton’s well-deserved promotion to the position of Head of Microsoft Power Platform, marks a significant milestone for Vantage 365. As we continue to expand our core service offering, we are committed to maintaining the highest level of service excellence for our clients, and these new appointments will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our vision for consistent and sustainable growth.” Matt Weston went on to say, “We are confident that the exceptional skills and experience that our new team members bring to the table will enable us to provide even greater value to our clients and position Vantage 365 as a leading provider of Microsoft 365 consultancy services in the market.”
