Mason Advisory officially named one of UK’s Best Workplaces

Manchester’s Mason Advisory has been officially recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ (2023) by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.

This is the fifth time the leading digital and technology consultancy has ranked in the report, securing 84th position out of 100 in the medium-sized business category.

The prestigious accolade follows the annual employee engagement survey – the largest survey of workplace cultures and people practices – and the unique methodology behind the rankings is regarded as the gold standard of employer awards.

Mason Advisory is proud of having established a great company culture, and continues to nurture this to attract, retain, and develop the best talent. The team has increased the scale of the organisation and has continued to develop the way it supports both employees and clients to ensure its growth is sustainable.

Paul Pugh, CEO at Mason Advisory, says: “It’s the third time we’ve ranked in the medium-sized business category in the UK. Our people are our greatest asset and we are an organisation that promotes trust, pride, high performance, creativity and ambition. We continue to be committed to ensuring all our employees feel valued and supported every day, and we are proud of our working practices and company culture. This accolade is a testament to our team’s dedication and commitment to our business and we thank all our employees for their enthusiasm and sheer hard work.”

“As the global authority on workplace culture, our mission at Great Place to Work® has always been to build a better world by helping organisations become a great place to work for all. We strongly believe in the notion of ‘better for business, better for people, better for the world,” said Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place to Work® UK.

“Best Workplaces™ consistently put people first – not just in terms of looking out for their own employees but also by caring for and supporting their surrounding community and environment. We’re incredibly proud to recognise the very best ‘For All’ organisations committed to equity and unfaltering in ensuring that all employees are empowered to deliver the right strategic solutions to ever-changing business opportunities and challenges.

“A great workplace is more than lavish perks, fancy parties and amazing benefits. While those elements are present in many Best Workplace™ organisations, at its core a great workplace is about the level of trust that employees experience in their leaders, the level of pride they have in their jobs; and the extent to which they experience camaraderie with their colleagues.”

Great Place to Work® performed rigorous evaluations of hundreds of employee survey responses alongside submissions from leaders at each company to create the 2023 UK’s Best Workplaces™ list. They then used these data insights to benchmark the effectiveness of companies’ employee value propositions against the culture their employees experience.
