17th November 2022: Jay Kerman, a Senior Site Manager at Barratt Homes’ Mortimer Park development in Driffield, has been recognised with the prestigious Regional Pride In The Job Award; one of the highest accolades that a Site Manager can achieve and the very first time that this has been achieved within the Yorkshire East division.
Jay Kerman, who is the Senior Site Manager at Barratt Homes’ Mortimer Park development in Driffield, gained the Regional award at the NHBC Awards event late last month, following his previous award wins of Pride In The Job and Seal Of Excellence. Jay scooped up the Regional award within the ‘Large Builder’ category, and was judged against other award-winning Site Managers across the Region. Following his win, Jay will now go on to represent the region at the National Awards dinner to be held in January 2023, following the final round of judging.

Jay’s award joins multiple successful wins across the region, including five Pride In The Job Awards and a further Seal of Excellence achievement.
