Local entrepreneur and youth speaker Estelle Keeber named Volunteer of the Month by national education charity Founders4Schools.
Estelle Keeber, a Leicester-based entrepreneur, speaker, and founder of Limitless Next Gen CIC, has been named Volunteer of the Month by the award-winning charity Founders4Schools, celebrating her dedication to inspiring and empowering the next generation.
Over the past three years, Estelle has volunteered her time to speak at schools, colleges, and alternative provisions across the country, many of them here in Leicester. Her sessions, which focus on digital careers, self-belief, and overcoming adversity, have had a profound impact on students and staff alike.
“It’s such an honour to be recognised,” said Estelle. “But the real win is when a student walks away from a session thinking, ‘I can do that too.’ That’s the power of storytelling and showing up.”
Her work has drawn praise from educators, with one teacher from Castle Mead Academy calling her “a truly inspirational speaker who had students engaged from the moment she began.” At Beaumont Leys School, staff noted her “honesty, practical advice and humour,” while Leicester College praised her for connecting with students who “felt seen for the first time and left with a renewed sense of self-belief.”
In addition to her volunteer work, Estelle is the founder of Limitless Next Gen CIC, a Leicester-based community interest company supporting disadvantaged young people aged 7–18. With the backing of Leicestershire Police and Leicestershire Fire & Rescue, Limitless delivers workshops, motivational talks, and creative sessions that help young people develop confidence, resilience, and career awareness.
“Sometimes all it takes is one hour, one story, or one honest conversation to change the course of a young person’s life,” Estelle adds. “That’s what Limitless is all about.”
With more bookings planned across schools, colleges, and provisions this autumn, Estelle is continuing to expand her impact across the region, proving that real change starts with one voice, one visit, and a whole lot of passion.
