BRIGHTON, UK - October 2, 2025

Brighton’s leading Indian and Asian restaurant, Indian Summer, is serving up two irresistible menus this October, promising a month of flavour, fun, and fine dining.

Back by popular demand, the October Feast returns for a second year, running every Sunday to Thursday throughout the month. The curated sharing menus celebrate the rich colours and bold spices of India, designed to bring people together over warming autumn feasts.

Adding a brand-new twist, Indian Summer will also host its first-ever Halloween Week from Friday 24 to Friday 31 October. Guests can expect a playful, spooky spin on the restaurant’s signature fine-dining style, with dishes created especially for the occasion.

“October is one of our favourite times of year to showcase the vibrancy of Indian cuisine,” said restaurateur Rob Heasman. “With our special October Feast menus and our new Halloween creations, we wanted to give our guests something exciting, seasonal, and a little bit different. It’s about warming people up with spice, celebrating together, and having fun with food.”

To give back to the community, Indian Summer is also offering Brighton residents 15% off their entire food bill from Monday to Thursday. The loyalty discount runs all day long, making it the perfect reason for locals to indulge in the city’s most talked-about Indian restaurant.

Notes to editors

Indian Summer – A Bright, Bold Journey – For nearly 24 years, Indian Summer has been a jewel of Brighton’s dining scene, nestled in the heart of the Lanes. While it has always been a well-loved restaurant, the last six years have seen it rocket to new heights, firmly establishing itself as a must-visit destination. Today, they are proud to be ranked as Brighton’s No.2 Indian & Asian restaurant on Trip Advisor and 7th overall out of all restaurants in the city. They are a family-run business, and that spirit runs through everything they do. Every element of every dish is made by hand in their kitchen — from spice blends and sauces to chutneys and desserts. Nothing is bought in. That care and attention creates food that’s hard to find anywhere else: the elegance of fine dining, dressed in the bold colours and playful spirit of Indian street food, all at prices that make it an everyday treat rather than a once-a-year splurge. Every plate bursts with freshness, flavour, and craft — the kind of cooking that feels indulgent but welcoming, refined yet fun. It’s this combination that has helped Indian Summer stand apart: a restaurant where high-end Indian cuisine feels approachable, exciting, and unforgettable.
