Excitement is ramping up at Qatar Airways World Cup FanZone at Heidi’s Bier Bar as Brummies prepare for a French showdown when England play their Quarter Final match this Saturday.
The arrival of the fan park has welcomed over 500 England fans regularly for every match of the tournament in Qatar.
Heidi’s Bier Bar on Broad Street will be showing all the World Cup games including the final on Saturday 18th December and the Qatar Airways FanZone, located on the second and third floor, is the perfect spot to watch the action unfold.
This Saturday 10th December, the England team will take on France at 7pm. Customers are still able to score two free beers on the house thanks to Heidi’s when they pre-book their tickets on the Fixr website.
The FanZone has been launched by events organiser Diva Partnerships Birmingham Ltd on behalf of Qatar Airways. Romi Kanungo, CEO of Diva Partnerships said: “This Saturday is going to be massively exciting with Kane and Giroud going head to head with the rest of the squad. We are also thrilled to be welcoming two former England internationals Mark Walters and Tony Daly to cheer on the Lions!””
Fans at Heidi’s will be able to enjoy two free beers at the game. Heidi’s General Manager Kyle Carter said: “We are delighted to be able to offer England the ideal spot to soak up the atmosphere as they support our Lions.”
The Qatar Airways FanZone is open at Heidi’s Bier Bar, 195-196 Broad Street and will show all the World Cup games. The two free beers are redeemable by pre-booking tickets and using the code FIFA22 on the Fixr website. Heidi’s is open daily from midday until 3am.
