London-based designer, Pandora Cooper-Key, has launched her exquisite homeware range, Curzon Blue, featuring a stunning collection of antique art glass and ceramics. This is not just a launch; it’s a celebration of Pandora’s lifelong passion for extraordinary designs and her commitment to sharing them with the world.
Pandora’s journey began with studying ceramics during her college years, where she dedicated herself to studying this timeless art form. The former Vivienne Westwood handbag designer’s love for creativity led her to explore the realms of leather and fabrics. Her exceptional talent and dedication to her craft made her an invaluable asset to the brand.

Life took a beautiful turn when she became a mother to two lovely sons. As they grew up, she found herself captivated by the enchanting world of glass, especially Italian Art glass.
“I couldn’t resist collecting these mesmerising pieces, but soon realised that my home was bursting at the seams. That’s when the idea of Curzon Blue was born – a place to share my cherished finds with others who appreciate their beauty” said Pandora.
Curzon Blue draws its name from the esteemed family name, Curzon, signifying a deep-rooted connection to heritage and tradition. With gracious permission granted from her mother, the visionary founder brought this brand to life. Her mother, Lady Mary Gaye Curzon, is the daughter of the late 6th Earl Howe.

Life hasn’t been without its personal challenges for Pandora, but her tenacity and determination have propelled her towards a remarkable victory. In 2010 Pandora was diagnosed with a sarcoma of the sinus, an uncommon cancer that can develop in various parts of the body. With it came a devastating prognosis of just ten months to live.
Facing this daunting reality, Pandora embarked on a journey that would test her strength, resilience, and courage. She underwent eight surgeries to remove the tumour and repair the damage it has caused, but Pandora faced them head on, refusing cancer to define her existence.
Fourteen years have passed since that fateful diagnosis, and against all odds Pandora has not only survived, but thrived. Sarcoma has cruelly robbed her of her sense of taste and smell, which have never returned.
Despite her struggles she emphasises how lucky she feels to be alive. “I take the view I’m not dead yet”.
People say, “You’re so brave, but I’m not. I just do whatever it takes to survive”.
Pandora now spends time exploring hidden antique shops and bustling markets. She regularly embarks on thrilling journeys across the country, seeking authentic and original pieces of glass, ceramics, and anything else that catches her eye.
