Four Deals Secured in Milton Keynes

Following CEG’s multimillion-pound makeover of Norfolk + Ashton House, more than 20,000 sq ft of office space has been let.

The deals will see two new tenants move into the high-quality development, with 505 Games, a global video game publisher taking a 9,000 sq ft and retailer Fossil Group taking 6,000 sq ft of workspace for its UK headquarters. Two existing tenants are also expanding within the popular office development with Crown Finance going up to 40 desks and Bluecube expanding twice within the building.

As a result of the deals, the building is almost fully let, with just 5,000 sq.ft available.

Norfolk + Ashton offers contemporary, collaborative and creating business space with a free fitness studio, classes, a high-quality gym, changing facilities, showers and a cycle spa. The café and co-working lounge offer space to think, eat, drink, collaborate and inspire. With free wi-fi, it is run by an independent barista offering coffee, breakfast and lunch to companies within the space and visitors.

A spokesperson from Fossil Group said: “We were looking for fully fitted space that offered a great working environment for our team. Norfolk + Aston provide that with a gym, fitness studio for classes, leisure club quality facilities, cycle storage, café and co-working lounge on-site and it’s an easy walk to all of the facilities on offer in Milton Keynes.

“CEG has helped to manage our move into a purpose designed space. The team has been fantastic, and the relocation has been seamless, helping us to focus on the business. They will also support the team with the Life service and app, connecting us to businesses within the building and making everyone’s lives that bit easier on a daily basis.”

With very little space available, the offices comes fully equipped with internet ready workstations, beautifully furnished break-out space, modern kitchen and its own meeting room. CEG also offers clear, simple, flexible leases and competitive pricing.

The space is already home to easyHotel, Aira, Cityfibre, Optical Express and the Canal and River Trust. With Centre MK on the doorstep, Norfolk + Ashton is also a short walk from the hub and Milton Keynes Railway Station, thanks to its central location.

Richard Brooks, Investment Manager at CEG, said: “We are delighted to welcome two new tenants to Norfolk + Ashton and help two of our long-standing customers expand within the space.

“In the heart of Milton Keynes business district, Norfolk + Ashton provides a modern, inspiring, working environment complete with every facility needed to get to work straight away, from high-speed broadband to dedicated meeting rooms with designer furniture and lighting. We have taken care to ensure the whole process is clear, easy and swift so our customers can focus on growing their business.”
