The national mental health non-profit, Everyturn Mental Health, has been recognised as a Great Place To Work®, ranking as one of the top 100 large organisations in the 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces™ list from Great Place To Work®.
Everyturn, which provides specialist, practical mental support to people across England, was honoured amongst hundreds of other organisation at the UK’s Best Workplaces™ award ceremony in London yesterday evening.
This is the first time Everyturn has appeared on the list, ranking 70 out of 105 large businesses – Everyturn has previously been certified as a Great Place To Work® in 2021/22 and one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women in 2022.
Everyturn has continued to implement initiatives that improve the experience of its colleagues, tackling topics like employee wellbeing; personalised benefit packages; and ensuring a wide range of practical equity, diversity, and inclusion support is offered. Through these activities, Everyturn has seen significant positive changes since first being recognised as a Great Place To Work® in 2021.
To earn this latest ranking, Everyturn achieved even higher scores in the Great Place To Work® anonymous colleague survey, with an overall score that outperforms the national average for not-for-profit organisations.
