One of the Midlands longest-standing communications agencies, Eden PR, has added another funeral director to its growing client base, underlining its specialism in the sector.

The 14-strong team of PR and social media experts have welcomed Jennifer Ashe & Son to the Nottingham-headquartered agency, following a glowing recommendation from A.W. Lymn the Family Funeral Service, a client Eden have worked with for almost five years.

Established in Willenhall in 2016, Jennifer Ashe & Son is a family business which has grown rapidly to operating five branches across their region, with ambitious plans to continue their expansion.

Managing Director at Jennifer Ashe & Son, John Ashe, said: “We’d been considering PR for some months and then we heard such fantastic things about Eden PR from A.W. Lymn. It was clear to see the difference they have made to the business’s profile from a quick Google news search and this was confirmed when we heard first-hand how talented, knowledgeable and inventive the Eden team are. As a family business, we value a recommendation highly.

“Instantly upon meeting we knew that we’d get on with the Eden team, as their energy and ideas are infectious. In the first period of working together we’ve already seen excellent results and we can’t wait to see how their bespoke PR programme for us develops.”

Director and Head of New Business at Eden, Emily Winsor-Russell, said: “Onboarding new clients is such an exciting team for the agency, as we get to know the business inside-out and tune in to exactly how we will elevate their messaging so that it reaches the widest possible audience. With John and his team, this process was even more special as they’d come to us via a direct recommendation from one of our existing clients – so the team has our own high standards as the benchmark!

Our team is skilled in creating PR campaigns which tackle and in turn open up conversations around life’s most daunting but guaranteed truth – all the time ensuring our clients’ voices are individual, thought-leading and most of all reassuring to their existing and future customers.

“We’re thrilled to be working with John and his team to raise awareness of the incredible work they are doing in their communities around Willenhall. Just hearing a few snippets of feedback from families they have helped this year confirmed to us that Jennifer Ashe & Son share Eden’s values and work ethic and we can’t wait to build their profile across online and offline platforms and communities as we establish our PR strategy into 2024.”
