DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole have appointed Venith Nair as their new F&B Director to oversee all dining at the iconic seafront hotel.
Nair started his career as a chef and worked at numerous restaurants, including Maze by Gordon Ramsey, before making the move to front of house. He has worked in high profile positions across Europe, The Middle East and India including Group Director of F&B at Sharjah National Hotels, UAE and Director of F&B at Oceanic Khorfakkan Resort & Spa, UAE.
DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole, which recently underwent a multi million pound refurbishment, features the beautiful 1890 At The Met Restaurant which is named after the year the hotel opened plus the Metropole Bar & Terrace.
Guests can enjoy delicious breakfast, daily brunch, lunch, afternoon teas plus dinner and menus at the property feature traditional classics in addition to internationally inspired cuisine.
