East Midlands’ leading retail and leisure destination, Derbion, has revealed a string of opening day giveaways and activities for 200 Degrees Coffee, marking the official opening this weekend.
Officially opening its doors in-centre on Level 1 from 7.30am on Saturday 19th November, 200 Degrees Coffee is set to giveaway a coffee-themed goodie bag to the first 50 customers through its door, while the first 200 guests will also receive a free hand-crafted coffee made from the finest green beans sourced from Rainforest Alliance farms.
Continuing the celebrations, from 6 – 8pm on Friday 2nd December, 200 Degrees Coffee is inviting coffee-lovers to get festive at its exclusive Christmas wreath making evening with local Derbyshire florist, Passion Flowers. Priced at £50 per person, the session will give guests the opportunity to create a beautiful mixed foliage Christmas wreath, decorated with pinecones, cinnamon sticks, fruit slices, holly, ribbon, and a dash of Christmas magic.
Additionally, supporting the local community and those who cannot access simple hygiene products, on Tuesday 6th December, 200 Degrees Coffee will launch its in-store swap shop for one day only. The swap shop, launching in partnership with Switch Up, encourages members of the public and local businesses to bring new, unused and unopened hygiene items to the store and receive a free delicious hand-crafted coffee in return.
Adam Tamsett, centre director of Derbion, said: “We’re thrilled that 200 Degrees Coffee will be opening its doors this weekend and we’re sure that the upcoming activities and giveaways will be a big hit with our visitors!
“With Christmas just around the corner, we’re confident that the arrival of 200 Degrees Coffee, as well as other brands that have recently opened in-centre, including Boux Avenue, Søstrene Grene and the all-new H&M supersized store, will all be exceptionally popular with our shoppers and we look forward to welcoming 200 Degrees Coffee to the centre soon.”
