Derbion has announced rising Mediterranean food brand, Villa Express, as the latest name to join the centre’s vibrant and wide-ranging food offering this summer.
Villa Express, an eatery that serves modernized traditional Mediterranean recipes, is opening its first physical location in the UK at Derbion, with the new space set to open within the shopping destination’s Food Terrace on Level 2 in July.
Located next to German Doner Kebab and Burger & Sauce, Villa Express will bring its reinvented and freshly prepared Mediterranean menu to Derbion, offering shoppers the chance to discover a variety of healthy and delicious meals during their visit.
The menu will feature an array of innovative and mouth-watering Mediterranean-inspired choices such as signature shawarmas, ROXBOX, sandwiches, customised meals and Greek fusion dishes, as well as a selection of sides and drinks. A wide variety of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options are also available, so there’s something for everybody to enjoy.
Villa Express, founded in 2013, originates in Canada and the all-new location at Derbion will be brand’s first location in the UK, with three more eateries planned to open across the Midlands over the coming months.
Derbion has recently invested over £3.6m into its dining offer including £2 million into the refurbishment of its Food Terrace. The refurbishment has introduced a fresh new look, additional seating and a raft of new brands – including Popeyes®, Burger & Sauce, Mexican street-food brand Tortilla, with Villa Express set to arrive over the coming weeks.
