CBRE Secures Raft of Deals at 6 East Parade Leeds

CBRE’s Office Agency team in Leeds has secured a raft of new deals at 6 East Parade in Leeds totalling more than 18,700 sq ft of Grade A accommodation at one of the finest business addresses in the city.  Four new occupiers join the business community at 6EP including the UK’s leading fit out specialists Overbury PLC, IT service management company Claranet Ltd, top AJ100 Architects,  DLA Architecture Ltd and personal training gym ABS Leeds

DLA Architecture Ltd, provide high quality, contextual, narrative led architectural  design solutions  across a diverse range of work sectors including learning, sport, industry, leisure, workplace, retail, conservation and more has taken 8,008 sq ft of office space on the 2nd floor over a 10 year term.   Sanderson Weatherall represented DLA Architects Ltd.

IT management specialists Claranet Ltd have agreed a 10 year term on 7,979 sq ft of accommodation on the 3rd floor, whilst office fit out and refurbishment project specialists Overbury PLC have taken 968 sq ft in Suite B on the first floor.  The lower ground floor, comprising 1,773 sq ft, has been let to personal training gym ABS Leeds Ltd.  These latest deals leave just one remaining 2,614 sq ft suite on the first floor.

6 East Parade delivers cutting-edge Grade A office space totalling more than 45,000 sq ft over 7 floors with secure basement parking and an external courtyard.  The enhanced office environment offers great skyline views of the city, as well as an amenity space in the pedestrian archway between 1 East Parade and 6 East Parade.
