A 100 year old Carmelite Convent and site in Preston has been brought to market.  CBRE’s Operational Real Estate team in Manchester has been instructed by Carmelite Monastery to sell the property and c 4.81 acre site located in the town of Fulwood.  The convent and site offers a unique property and development opportunity, subject to planning, with guide offers around £2M.
