CABOLO announced its sponsorship of ISS World Europe 2026 and will participate as a speaker at the event in Prague, focusing on compliant AI for law enforcement. The company aims to address the upcoming EU AI Act's high-risk obligations, which take effect in August 2026, by showcasing its offline AI technology designed to meet these requirements. CABOLO's presentation will guide procurement decision-makers on ensuring their AI systems can withstand legal scrutiny and function without network access.

Press Release

ROME, ITALY - 29/05/2026

CABOLO, the European leader in offline speech intelligence and compliant AI capture technology, today announced its sponsorship of ISS World Europe 2026, taking place 2–4 June at the Clarion Congress Hotel, Prague, and its participation as a speaker on Thursday, 4 June. The company will exhibit at booth 140 throughout the event.

Forty Years in the Room

Now in its fourth decade of operation, CABOLO serves more than 1,000 customers worldwide, including NATO, the European Parliament, the Italian Ministry of Defence, the Carabinieri, and 70+ national and international public institutions, having processed over 500 billion words securely across courts, parliaments, ministries of justice, and defence organisations around Europe and beyond.

CABOLO is not a cloud-AI company that built an offline mode. It is an offline-AI company by design. The architecture it will present in Prague has been refined over four decades’ experience, and it is the architecture that will still be standing on 3 August 2026, the morning after the EU AI Act’s enforcement deadline.

Why 2 August 2026 Changes Everything

Eight weeks after ISS World Europe closes, the EU AI Act’s high-risk obligations enter into force. Annex III of the Act names law-enforcement evidence systems explicitly. Four obligations apply to every system in use: data governance, technical documentation, human oversight, and record-keeping. Each one is significantly easier to satisfy when the system is offline by design.

CABOLO will address this directly in its keynote session:

  • Title: Compliant Intelligence Capture in the AI Act Era
  • Track: 3, Session A
  • Date: Thursday, 4 June 2026
  • Time: 8:30–9:10
  • Location: Lounge 14, Clarion Congress Hotel, Prague

The session will answer three questions every procurement decision maker in the room needs to resolve before August: whether their AI system can produce a conformity assessment without a vendor’s help; whether its outputs can survive a defence challenge in court; and whether it can operate when the network is gone. Delegates will leave with a clear procurement framework and a live demonstration invitation.

Three Technology Pillars at Booth 140

Following the session, and throughout the event, visitors to booth 140 will be able to experience CABOLO’s technology live across three pillars:

  • Sovereign AI Architecture: fully air-gapped inference running entirely on hardware under the operator’s physical custody. No data transfer. No sub-processors. No remote management plane. Models versioned, signed, and updated exclusively under the operator’s control.
  • Evidentiary Integrity Engine, every output HASH-sealed at the moment of capture, packaged in AES-256 encrypted archives with full audit logs, voice biometrics enrolled locally and never transmitted, and eIDAS/eIDAS2-compliant electronic signatures admissible in court across the European Union.
  • AI Act Compliance by Design, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certified, eIDAS/eIDAS2 compliant, ENS-rated, and Dante Ready. No cross-border transfer assessments. No sub-processor inventories. No conformity documentation that depends on a vendor’s phone call.

“The question at ISS World this year is not whether to adopt AI,” said Enrico Giannotti, Managing Director at CABOLO. “It is which AI you can actually defend, in court, in a procurement audit, and in the field when the network is unavailable. We have spent forty years building the answer to that question. Prague is where we show it.”
