San Francisco, London, Sydney and Toronto: BTS Spark, the social impact education practice of leadership consultancy BTS, has appointed an expert Advisory Council – made up of senior education leaders from around the world, including leading academics, practitioners, leadership development experts and education consultants.
Chaired by Anthony Mackay, CEO of the Centre for Strategic Education, Melbourne and Co-Chair of Learning Creates Australia, the Advisory Council comprises:

Key objectives of the Advisory Council
The Council will meet regularly to explore how educational leadership is evolving, and consider the most impactful ways in which BTS Spark can support school leaders around the world.
The Council’s remit includes:
- Strategic guidance: advising on the strategy and direction of BTS Spark as the organisation grows and expands its work as a not-for-profit initiative.
- Development insight: discussing the priority development needs of school leaders in different contexts.
- Increasing impact: considering ways in which BTS Spark can leverage its coaching expertise to achieve its vision ‘for all school communities to benefit from empowered, supportive school leadership’.
Advisory Council members support BTS Spark’s mission to provide schools with world-class leadership coaching at not-for-profit prices.
