Leading housebuilder Bellway has unveiled plans to deliver 156 new homes in Rochdale, with the new development forming part of the wider South Heywood Masterplan.
The site, which is located on Manchester Road in South Heywood, is 11.6 acres in size with Bellway providing a range of three, four and five bedroom homes from its stunning Artisan Collection.
Work has now started on site, which is progressing well, and the housebuilder plans to open two show homes in Spring.
Known as Hopwood Meadows, the development offers a mix of semi-detached and detached homes, appealing to all buyers and budgets. The first homes have been released for sale, including a range of three and four bedroom properties, with prices starting from £314,995.
