Bearings and Drives Ltd (BDL), a leading supplier and distributor of MRO products, is celebrating a significantly successful year of operations.
In the year the firm marked its 25th anniversary, the Cheshire-based BDL team has continued to go from strength to strength while serving hundreds of clients across a plethora of industries including food and drink, household goods, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and electrical motors.
Significantly, as a trusted MRO supplier, 2023 saw BDL secure exclusive nationwide distributorship for an industry-leading product – CeramicSpeed Insulate ball bearings. BDL has introduced to the UK the latest technology in operational efficiency, allowing customers day-to-day direct access to strong, durable and longer-lasting bearings. With the supply of CeramicSpeed bearings, the firm has saved its clients in excess of a million pounds over the year.
In another key highlight of the year, BDL was announced as a coveted Finalist for the prestigious AEMT (Association of Electrical and Mechanical Trades) Supplier of the Year Award 2023, in recognition of the firm’s pioneering collaborations with leading manufacturers including the exclusive CeramicSpeed partnership.
As well as providing innovative solutions to address customers’ specific challenges, BDL has also continued to support its local community. Notable, the business extended its contract to sponsor the home and training kits for the young players at Congleton Vale U14s football team.
