Anhui Xingtong Technology Co., Ltd. has completed the production, testing and packaging of 250 units of 3.5kW portable electric vehicle chargers for a customer in Vietnam, marking another international order for the company’s EV charging product line.
The completed order includes 250 portable EV chargers designed for flexible AC charging applications. The products are intended to provide electric vehicle users with a convenient charging option where a suitable power supply is available.
Before shipment, the chargers went through production inspection and aging tests as part of the company’s quality control process. The testing was carried out to verify product operation and help ensure stable performance before the equipment was released for delivery.
The 3.5kW portable EV chargers supplied for the Vietnam project support Type 2 charging connections and feature IP55 protection. The units also incorporate several protection functions designed to improve operational safety, including overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, leakage protection and over-temperature protection.
After production and inspection were completed, the 250 chargers were packed into 50 cartons and prepared for shipment to the customer in Vietnam. The packaging process was completed to support safe handling during international transportation.
The order is part of Anhui Xingtong Technology’s continued development of its new energy product portfolio. In addition to portable EV chargers, the company supplies AC EV chargers, DC fast chargers, energy storage batteries, portable power stations and solar power supply systems.
According to Anhui Xingtong Technology, international demand for electric vehicle charging equipment is creating opportunities for manufacturers that can provide products suitable for different charging environments and market requirements. Portable charging equipment can be particularly useful in applications where fixed charging infrastructure is not always available or where users require greater flexibility.
For the Vietnam project, the company managed the production process from manufacturing and testing through final packaging. The completion of the 250-unit order demonstrates the company’s ability to handle batch production requirements for overseas customers while maintaining product inspection procedures before shipment.
Anhui Xingtong Technology is based in Tianchang, Anhui Province, China, and develops and supplies products across several energy and electrical equipment categories. Its product portfolio includes LED lighting, solar lighting systems, steel poles, portable power stations, solar power supply systems, energy storage batteries and EV charging equipment.
The company serves customers in international markets and works with distributors, project contractors, trading companies and other business partners on product supply and energy-related projects.
The completion of this Vietnam order adds to Anhui Xingtong Technology’s experience in supplying portable EV charging equipment to overseas markets. The company plans to continue developing its EV charging and new energy product portfolio in response to the growing adoption of electric vehicles and renewable energy technologies.
