The AI for Business Summit has confirmed the complete session lineup for its upcoming three-day virtual training event, detailing an eighteen-session curriculum that covers the primary business functions where artificial intelligence is currently reshaping how small companies compete. The event takes place from Wednesday, April 29 through Friday, May 1, 2026, broadcast live on Zoom between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time each day. Registration is free and open to entrepreneurs, small business owners, marketers, and sales professionals worldwide.
What distinguishes the published curriculum from typical free virtual events is the range of operational ground it covers in a single programme. The confirmed session topics include building AI-powered lead generation and prospecting systems, developing prompting techniques specifically for business applications, constructing automated email and SMS follow-up sequences, producing social media content at scale using AI writing and design tools, designing and optimizing conversion-focused sales funnels, managing paid advertising campaigns with AI-driven bidding and targeting, building and maintaining high-ticket sales pipelines, deploying customer support automation, integrating virtual assistants into daily business workflows, executing organic LinkedIn marketing strategies, applying AI tools within real estate operations, maintaining brand voice consistency across AI-generated content, and developing the entrepreneurial mindset required to sustain long-term AI adoption. Training programmes offering comparable breadth routinely charge attendees between five hundred and several thousand dollars for access.
The structure of each session was shaped by a deliberate instructional decision. According to organizers, every presenter received a single directive: each session must equip attendees with at least one complete tool, workflow, or system they can put into operation inside their business within seven days of attending. The intent was to move past the surface-level exposure that characterizes many complimentary events and instead deliver material that produces immediate operational results.
Francis Ablola, a four-time Inc 5000 chief executive who serves as the summit’s lead organizer, explained the reasoning behind that approach. “There is a growing expectation in the events industry that free means introductory,” Ablola said. “The assumption is that real instruction only begins once someone pays for a course or a coaching programme. We rejected that model from the start. Every session at this summit was designed to stand on its own as a complete training module. No one should feel they need to purchase anything in order to use what they learned.”
The seven presenters responsible for delivering that curriculum were chosen based on documented professional results. Among them are a featured cast member of the nationally televised A&E series Zombie House Flipping Tampa who has completed more than one thousand real estate transactions over the course of his career, a high-ticket sales specialist whose lifetime closed revenue surpasses one hundred million dollars, a former member of the Microsoft AdCenter team who went on to generate over one million dollars in tracked value through organic LinkedIn campaigns alone, and a content strategist who has ghostwritten for digital creators with audiences in the millions. The remaining presenters bring specialist experience in search engine optimization, automated lead generation, and performance psychology.
Daily sessions are arranged sequentially rather than in competing time slots, which means a single attendee can participate in every session across all three days without missing any content. Earlier sessions introduce foundational concepts and tools that later sessions then build upon, creating a progressive learning arc across the full programme.
The summit has drawn more than sixty thousand registered participants across its previous editions. Organizers have attributed that sustained demand to the depth of the curriculum combined with the decision to eliminate any financial barrier to attendance. The full 2026 programme was rebuilt to incorporate the most current generation of AI tools and strategies now available to small business teams.
Business owners who cannot attend the live sessions from April 29 through May 1 can still register. Additional summit dates will be published on the registration page once the April event has concluded.
