Sheffield is set for a major live music moment as DJ AG brings a live-streamed performance to Sheffield City Centre, outside Sheffield Town Hall, on Friday 6 March, 4–8pm.
Created in collaboration with WaterBear – The College of Music, the event will spotlight the city’s grassroots talent with three additional performance slots being made available for even more Sheffield-based artists to join the lineup and perform as part of DJ AG’s live stream.
The wider lineup is being curated by WaterBear and partners and will feature a mix of WaterBear student performers, Slambarz CIC artists, special guest appearances from Sheffield music legends, and a selection of Sheffield’s best-known urban artists.

Applicants must be available 3–8pm on Friday 6 March (event live stream runs 4–8pm).
Applications close at midnight on Monday 2nd March. A shortlist will be announced on Wednesday 4 March, followed by a public vote on WaterBears Instagram and TikTok accounts.

Sheffield’s always had its own sound, so I’m bringing the live stream to the Town Hall and opening up three more slots for even more people from the city to jump on the lineup.
