Diatom, Inc. (“Diatom” or the “Company”) hereby announces that, pursuant to a resolution adopted by its Board of Directors, the Company has reduced its strategic objectives to two (2) primary operational goals, effective immediately and until further notice. This action has been taken in furtherance of Diatom’s commitment to organizational efficiency, resource optimization, and operational focus within the evolving technological and social landscape of the United States.
Objective 1
To develop and deploy a proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) software platform designed to identify, intercept, and prevent synthetic media (“deepfake”) from accessing, interfering with, or otherwise compromising U.S. healthcare systems and related infrastructures, both domestically and in international contexts where U.S. healthcare data or services may be engaged. This objective is intended to promote healthcare data integrity, enhance cybersecurity defenses, and uphold patient safety and institutional trust.
Objective 2
To research and engineer an AI-driven platform for the authenticated identification and verification of ingestible or implantable medical microdevices via secure radio-frequency or comparable wireless signaling technologies. This initiative seeks to improve traceability, authentication, and safety compliance of medical devices across the global healthcare environment, in accordance with applicable U.S. and international data privacy, medical device, and communications regulations.
Through the adoption of these two primary objectives, Diatom, Inc. intends to maintain a lean organizational structure, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure that all research and development activities are conducted in accordance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

This strategic adjustment shall remain in effect until amended, revoked, or superseded by subsequent corporate resolution or directive.
