Fathers and Mothers Who Care (FMWC), a vital Compton-based non-profit, is set to host a spectacular, community-focused “Haunted House & Trunk or Treat” on Tuesday, October 31, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Leuders Park. Co-produced with Motorgoddess EDU Automotive Innovation Academy, this FREE event is a powerful demonstration of community empowerment, featuring the heroic leadership of FMWC Founder Linda Kelly and the official support of the City of Compton and Mayor Pro Tem Andre Spicer.
The event merges the thrill of Halloween with Compton’s legendary car culture, creating a safe, high-energy environment for local families.
Linda Kelly, Founder of FMWC, embodies the event’s spirit of community restoration. “This is Compton’s heart on full display,” said Kelly. “We are bringing families together, offering safe, fun engagement, and uplifting our youth—with the incredible support of Councilman Spicer and the car community.”

• A-List Talent: The event will feature confirmed celebrity guests, including actor Rodney Allen Rippey, Medusa, Joey Davis
• Custom Car Trunk or Treat: Coordinated by Motorgoddess EDU, classic lowriders, custom builds, and futuristic vehicles will be transformed into elaborate, candy-filled Halloween displays.
• Celebrity Car Invitation: Local celebrities, car clubs, and community brands are invited to participate by bringing their vehicles.
• VEHICLE PULL-UP TIME: Participating vehicles must arrive between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
• Official Support: Featuring the presence and support of Compton Mayor Pro Tem Andre Spicer.
• Automobile Sponsor: Presented in partnership with Slate Auto, focusing on innovative community engagement through the power of custom car culture.
• Haunted Thrills: A spine-tingling Haunted House presented by the City of Compton Parks & Recreation.
