After 18 months leading Silver Scott Mines, Inc. through a period of transformation and innovation, Stuart Fine has announced his resignation as Chief Executive Officer.
Under Mr. Fine’s leadership, Silver Scott Mines evolved from its legacy operations into a blockchain and healthtech-focused enterprise, with a view towards establishing strategic relationships and developing forward-looking initiatives aimed at redefining the company’s growth trajectory.
As part of his departure, Mr. Fine will return all shares granted by the Board of Directors in exchange for retaining the business contracts, intellectual property, and work product he personally developed during his tenure.
“Silver Scott Mines was an incredible journey,” said Fine. “We worked to reposition the company for a modern era, bridging traditional assets with digital innovation. While the Board and I ultimately had different visions for the future, I remain proud of the progress we made and wish the company continued success.”
Mr. Fine, who notably worked without taking a salary throughout his entire 18-month term, is now turning his focus to his newest venture: Remergify.com — a company designed to revitalize stalled or underperforming public companies and transform them into market leaders.
“Remergify.com is built around the idea of renewal,” Fine explained. “There are countless small and mid-cap companies with strong potential that have simply lost momentum. Our mission is to give them the tools, strategy, and capital markets guidance to thrive again.”
